By accessing or using 1Plan ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by 1Plan, LLC, a California limited liability company ("1Plan," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1Plan. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

1Plan is a life management platform that helps individuals and households organize, track, and optimize services, accounts, and obligations across ten life domains: Home & Property, Insurance, Banking & Credit, Retirement, Subscriptions, Telecom, Vehicles, Legal & Estate, Health & Wellness, and Education & Career. The Service includes: • A workspace to track entities (services, accounts, policies, subscriptions) with associated costs, dates, and documents • An AI-powered assistant that provides personalized insights based on your tracked data • A Life Audit tool that assesses your optimization level and identifies savings opportunities • Dashboard views, reports, and forecasting tools for financial planning • Document storage for policies, contracts, and receipts • Household sharing features to collaborate with family members The Service does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax advice, or legal counsel. Information provided through the Service is for organizational and informational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals for financial, tax, legal, and insurance decisions.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by authenticating through a supported third-party provider (such as Google). You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately at security@1plan.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account • Ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and up to date You may not: • Create more than one personal account • Share your account credentials with any other person • Use another person's account without their permission • Create accounts using automated methods or false information • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

1Plan offers the following subscription tiers: Organizer (Free): Up to 3 life domains, basic dashboard, monthly reports, 10 AI queries per month, and community access. Advisor ($14.99/month): Unlimited domains, proactive AI insights, smart alerts and optimization, document intelligence, family sharing, and priority support. Operator ($29.99/month): Everything in Advisor plus automated workflows, multi-property management, API integrations, service negotiation, and a dedicated optimizer. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual billing provides a discount as displayed at the time of purchase. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing period following the notice. Free tier accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to data deletion after notice.

1Plan may offer provider comparison and switching services ("Brokerage Services") that help you find better rates for insurance, utilities, telecom, and other services. These Brokerage Services are subject to the following terms: Most Favored Nation (MFN) Guarantee: When 1Plan recommends a provider, we always display the best available option for your situation, regardless of whether we have a financial relationship with that provider. This commitment is published, auditable, and non-negotiable. If a non-partner provider offers a better rate, we will recommend that provider. Compensation disclosure: 1Plan may receive referral fees, commissions, or other compensation from providers when you switch through our platform. This compensation never affects the ranking or recommendation of providers. We will always disclose when a recommendation includes a provider with whom we have a financial relationship. No guarantee of savings: While our tools identify potential savings opportunities, actual savings depend on your specific circumstances, provider availability in your area, and market conditions. Past savings data is based on averages and is not a guarantee of future results. 1Plan is not an insurance company, bank, utility provider, or financial institution. We facilitate connections between you and third-party providers. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their own terms and conditions. 1Plan holds applicable insurance brokerage licenses as required by state law where Brokerage Services are offered.

Your privacy is fundamental to how we build and operate 1Plan. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key commitments: • We never sell your personal data to third parties • We never display advertisements or allow advertisers to influence our recommendations • We never share your data with providers without your explicit consent • You own your data and can export or delete it at any time • Our AI assistant processes your data only to provide personalized insights within the Service For complete details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, content, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by 1Plan, LLC and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or enter into the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant 1Plan a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service • Use the Service to build a competing product • Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices • Use 1Plan's name, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission The 1Plan name, logo, and "Systems That Outlast" are trademarks of 1Plan, LLC.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1PLAN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. 1PLAN'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO 1PLAN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 1Plan does not guarantee: • That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • That any savings identified by the Service will be realized • The accuracy of third-party provider information displayed through the Service • The availability or quality of services provided by third-party providers You use the Service at your own risk.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@1plan.com or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if: • You violate these Terms • You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior • We are required to do so by law • Your account has been inactive for an extended period (with prior notice) Upon termination: • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately • We will retain your data for 30 days to allow you to export it, unless you request immediate deletion • After the retention period, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies • Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Limitation of Liability), and 10 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action against 1Plan.
